In 2020, Arizona voters will elect nine U.S. House Representatives from each of the state’s nine congressional districts. Voters will elect candidates for the offices of the Arizona State Senate and State House of Representatives. The state will also be voting for three seats on the Corporation Commission. Three Arizona Supreme Court justices and 12 Arizona Court of Appeals justices are up for retention election. A special election will be held to fill the rest of John McCain’s (R) 2017-2022 term (McCain died August 25, 2018). Arizona held their presidential primary election March 17th.

Online voter registration is permitted in Arizona. Voters can also submit a paper registration form and send it to their county board of elections. Early voting is available by requesting an early ballot request. In 2016, the outcome of the presidential election in Arizona was decided by only 3.50%.
