In 2020, voters will elect one member to the U.S. Senate in order to fill the seat currently held by Tom Udall (D), who is subject to term limits. Voters will elect 3 seats to the U.S. House of Representatives. Three New Mexico Supreme Court Justices and one New Mexico Court of Appeals justice are up for partisan election.

Online voter registration is permitted in New Mexico. Voters can also submit a paper registration form by mail or in-person to their local county clerk’s office. In 2016, the outcome of the presidential election in New Mexico was decided by only 8.22%. Your vote is valuable to the state and makes a difference!
