In 2020, U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R), will be up for re-election, along with 36 U.S. House of Representative seats. Four Texas Supreme Court justice seats, 21 Texas Court of Appeals, and three Texas Court of Criminal Appeals seats are up for partisan election. Voters will also elect a Texas Railroad Commissioner, eight seats on the State Board of Education, and members of the State Senate and State House. Texas held their primary election on March 3rd.

Texas does not currently allow online voter registration. To register to vote, you can fill out a voter registration application online, print it, sign it, and mail it to the voter registrar in your county of residence. In 2016, the outcome of the presidential election in Texas was decided by only 8.99%. Your vote is valuable to the state of Texas and makes a difference!
