Legal challenges targeting the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement policies continue to emerge, with funding for many of the lawsuits tracing back to organizations supported by George Soros’s Open Society Foundations.

The latest legal battle involves a challenge to the Trump administration’s effort to deport violent illegal aliens to third countries, including South Sudan. The administration began deporting individuals with final orders of removal to South Sudan earlier this year, citing the refusal of some home countries to accept individuals with criminal records.
