‘Take Back Title IX Tour’ Hits Cities With Hope

Jun 26, 2024

A commentary from Suzanne Bowdey published Wednesday by the Washington Stand detailed the hope emanating from the “Take Back Title IX Tour.”

Bowdey’s coverage of the “Take Back Title IX Tour” is a tough one to read. She starts by introducing us to Rita Larsen (pseudonym), a mom who had to watch as her daughter was forced to lose a track meet to a biological male earlier in 2024. “She was just bawling,” Larsen said of the situation. “I could cry right now just thinking about it.”

Larsen’s daughter was bumped from the Washington State championships in the 400-meter race because a boy took her second-place spot on the podium. She needed the spot to move on. Spectators booed when they realized what was happening — that a young man, who never would have made track as a male, had taken away a young girl’s dreams.

“It’s hard because you don’t want to make a kid feel bad, but at the same time,” Larsen insisted, “this is wrong and needs to stop happening.” (LEARN MORE: Support For Men In Women’s Sports Takes Sharp Turn)

“Take Back Title IX Tour”

A busload of women are currently touring the country in support of all other women. Many of those onboard have faced their own nightmares as a result of the pro-transgender movements push to take over women’s spaces in society. Paula Scanlon, for example, had to compete against a biological male swimmer, as well as be forced to undress around him at her university. “[The university] aid that if we objected to undressing with Lia Thomas in the locker room that needed psychological services. And by the way, this is not something they made us do once or twice. They made us undress in the locker room with a six-foot-four tall man 18 times every single week. … [T]hey continually told us if we objected to it, we were the problem. We were hateful. We were bigoted. They told us we were on the wrong side of history. They said we’d never be able to find a job.”

The purpose of the tour is to push back against President Joe Biden’s push to use Title IX to allow young men to destroy women’s sports and places in society. Rallies are being held across the country, you can even go along to support to cause. (LEARN MORE: Female Mass Shooters & The Rise In Transgenderism)
