‘The Best Christmas Pageant Ever’ Streaming Release Date?

We know, we know! We haven’t even had Thanksgiving yet, but can’t you already feel it? Tis the season, and we’re all waiting and praying that “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” hits streaming services before Dec. 25.

Some of you may have already seen “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever,” which opened in theaters in the U.S. in early Nov., according to Forbes. “Nobody is ready for the mayhem and surprises that ensue when six of the worst youngsters disrupt the town’s yearly Christmas performance,” the logline reads, so you know we’re in for a treat!

All-Star Line-Up

“The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” is directed by Dallas Jenkins, who we all know and love from “The Chosen.” His cast includes Lauren Graham, from “The Gilmore Girls,” comedian Pete Holmes, Judy Greer, and a whole lot more. (READ: OP-ED: America Creates The Most Powerful Image Of Unity Ever)

Right now, the only ways to watch the movie are in theaters or by paying to watch at home on YouTube. “Viewers can expect [‘The Best Christmas Pageant Ever’] to debut on PVOD for purchase or 48-hour rental anytime between Friday, November 29 to Friday, December 6. The big incentive for Lionsgate, of course, is that the studio releases the film on PVOD in the heart of the holiday season, a post-Black Friday release seems to be ideal for a Christmas-themed film for home viewing,” Forbes writes!

“PVOD purchase prices generally run from $19.99 to $29.99 and since digital rental prices are typically $5 less, viewers can expect to rent The Best Christmas Pageant Ever anywhere from $14.99 to $24.99. Since this is a lower-budgeted film, purchase and rental prices should be on the lower end.” (READ: Trump’s Promises To America: How To Hold Him Accountable)
