What Did Trump Say To Elon Musk?
Former President Donald Trump sat down for a lengthy interview with X CEO Elon Musk on Monday night. And even though more than a billion people listened to the conversation by Tuesday, we thought we’d share some highlights.
The Assassination Attempt
“I knew immediately that it was a bullet. I knew immediately that it was at the ear, because it, you know, it hit very hard, but it hit the ear,” Trump said of the attack against his life in July. “I’m glad I went down,” he continued. “The bigger miracle was that I was looking in the exact direction of the shooter, and so it hit me at an angle that was far less destructive than any other angle. So that was the miracle.”
“For those who don’t believe in God, I think we’ve got to all start thinking about that. I’m a believer. Now I’m more of a believer, I think. And a lot of people have said that to me. A lot of great people have said that to me, actually,” Trump added.
“But it was amazing that I happened to be turned just at that perfect angle, and all because I put down a chart on immigration that showed that the numbers were so great.”

‘Kamala Migrant Crime’
Trump hit on the crime crisis plaguing our country, placing direct blame on his opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris. “Now [people] really feel unsafe, because you have a new form of crime. It’s called ‘migrant crime.’ I call it Biden migrant crime,’ maybe I’ll call it ‘Kamala migrant crime.'” Trump told Musk. (LEARN MORE: Interview Suggests New Evidence On Voter Machine Issues In 2020)
Musk said that three of his mother’s friends who live in New York City have been assault in separate incidents while simply going about their days. “They don’t even bother reporting it, because they know people aren’t going to get prosecuted,” Musk noted. “They just let violent criminals out in New York.”
The American Dream
“We’re going to give incentive to companies to come into our country not to leave our country,” Trump explained, following a wild week where the markets went haywire under the notion of a possible Harris presidency. “We’re going to be giving tremendous incentives. We want companies to build here not to build in other locations, and we want to create jobs.”
“It’s about the American Dream, you don’t hear about the American Dream anymore, Elon,” noting how Musk is a prime example of someone who has experienced the American Dream in its truest sense. (LEARN MORE: Christians Called To Shine ‘Light’ On ‘Dark Institutions’)
“And you’re going to hear about it from people,” the conversation continued. “They need that incentive to go out and do it. And they’re going to love their lives. […] They’re going to look forward to getting up in the morning and going to a job that they love, not a job that they can’t stand, or not any job at all, where they have no money.”
Can America Survive Another 4 Years Of Democrat Rule?
“You know, we have a phrase, ‘Make America Great Again.’ It’s pretty simple, but it really says that we want to make America great again,” Trump told Musk. “And we can do it, we can do it now. But if we were going to suffer another four years like we suffered for the last four years, I’m not sure the country can ever come back. That’s how bad it is.”
“I think that’s a very real risk,” Musk agreed.
