Who Is Dr. Casey Means, Trump’s Choice For Surgeon General?

If you looked up the name “Casey Means” on any of the major search engines in the last week, you were probably bombarded with a lot of very big opinions.

Means is the Stanford educated doctor nominated for the position of surgeon general, following President Donald Trump’s decision to pull Dr. Janette Nesheiwat’s nomination in early May, according to the Daily Caller. Means is well known for her work in advocating for pro-healing medicines, not the typical pro-perpetuating medicines and therapies recommended by Big Pharma. In this way, Means is highly aligned with the Make America Healthy Again movement.

Where Did Means Come From?

Means has far from shied away from talking about her concerns about American health. She first hit the mainstream after appearing on an episode of Tucker Carlson’s YouTube show, where she and her brother, Calley Means, discussed how and why Big Pharma has made billions by keeping you sick.
