States across the U.S. have passed 84 different laws aimed at protecting minors from medical harm caused by the transgender movement.

A total of 23 different states have passed laws related to preventing children from undergoing so-called “transgender surgeries,” protecting parental rights, stopping children from attending sexually explicit events, privacy in women’s facilities, and fairness in girls’ and women’s sports, according to the Washington Stand. A further 193 more laws are currently moving their way through the legal system as 2023 ends, and it’s up to all of us to fight for them to pass.

“It’s great seeing states step up to the plate to protect parental rights, and ultimately, the health, well-being, and safety of children,” Parents Defending Education fellow Alex Nester told the outlet.
