Million Voices CEO John Graves joined host Gene Bailey for an episode of “FLASHPOINT” in February, where they discussed a recent tweet from conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, who said the demographics of U.S. politics are changing. And that’s a good thing.

Kirk posted a Tweet following a vote on the Ukraine funding bill, saying that it was almost all older Republicans who sided with Democrats to keep funding this endless war with Russia. “Ten years ago, a vote on this bill would have been near-unanimous. A changing of the guard is happening in the Republican Party. The party of protecting America is rising, the party of perpetual war is dying,” he concluded.

Is Charlie Kirk Correct?

Bailey asked John whether he thought Kirk’s commentary was correct. “I do,” John replied. “… because, to me, it’s not just a matter of age and wisdom. I think some of these older guys, it’s not just that they’re voting for money, they’re voting to send people into harm’s way, and people are dying over this stuff, over everybody else’s conflict. We’re the world police, and the American people are screaming, ‘Would you please stop the border [invasion].”

Too Much Information

John noted how there is just too much information out there now. He cited examples of Tucker Carlson’s independent journalism, particularly his most recent interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin. (LEARN MORE: Gen Z Needs To Be ‘Bold’)

Ultimately, all of this information is a good thing. The more we know about the world, the easier it is to shape it how we see fit. And that is where you come in.
