Donald Trump Wins Reelection
This is an evolving story. Please check back later for updates.
Former President Donald Trump is officially President-elect Donald Trump after securing enough votes to win reelection in the early hours of Wednesday morning (Nov. 6, 2024).
Trump will return to the White House in January 2025 to resume his role as Commander in Chief, according to almost every outlet and results at the time of writing (2:22am ET). Trump and Harris were stuck with 230 and 210 votes, respectively, for what felt like forever earlier in the evening. Georgia was called for Trump around 1:15am ET on Weds. By 1:30am, Fox News and other outlets were calling Pennsylvania for Trump, while Wisconsin, Michigan, Alaska, Arizona, and Nevada were all for Trump with upwards of 51% of reporting completed, according to AP. Other outlets differed in their results, suggesting a higher margin in favor of Trump.
Newsmax called the 2024 election for Trump at 1:29am Weds, despite the President-elect only securing 247 electoral college votes at the time. Georgia and Pennsylvania were called by corporate mainstream news media outlets by 2:25am, securing 267 electoral votes for Trump. This placed him with a lead of 68,040,673 votes to Harris’s 62,956,117.
Harris-Walz Campaign Reacts
The Harris campaign refused to speak publicly until she finally lost the election. Rumors circulated on X shortly after 2:27am that Harris had called Trump to concede, but these went unverified throughout the night.
Here are some reliable reports of what was going on for the Harris-Walz team:
The above tweet showed crowds reportedly leaving Harris’s scheduled public events after the Vice President canceled them, roughly an hour before Pennsylvania was called for Trump.
It appeared that Harris uber-fan, billionaire Mark Cuban, laid down his rage by 1:23am, well before the race was officially called for Trump. While you may have big feelings about this election, perhaps we can all do the same. It is time now for us to come together as one nation under God, and work in His word as we move forward.
Your Role In America’s Future Is Just Getting Start
Just because the 2024 Election is over, doesn’t mean that our work is done. Our nation is still at a crossroads, dealing with pivotal issues that directly impact your daily lives – from ensuring religious freedom, fair and secure elections, to fighting against inflation from foreign governments and groups, and advocating for secure borders.
The strength of our community, the rights of our parents, and the protection of girls’ sports, life, and the economy are not just political issues; they are the fabric of our society. It’s time to take a stand against crime, reform our institutions, and ensure the prosperity and security of our nation.
Your involvement in these crises is crucial. It’s time to use your voice and stand for what’s right.
