An interview in March hosted by Real America’s Voice with Kurt Olsen broke down the new evidence suggesting potentially major software issues with voter machines used in U.S. elections.

Olsen outlined three major pieces of evidence that will be used in a petition to the U.S. Supreme Court regarding the voter machine issues. Olsen claimed that in 2020 and 2022, altered software was used in a series of major elections which was allegedly not certified by the Election Assistance Commission (EAC).

“They did not perform logic and accuracy tests” on the voting machines used in the 2020 and 2022 elections, according to Olsen’s suit.

Biggest Claim

Olsen stated that the “master cryptographic encryption keys that are used to govern and encrypt all election data — the files, the software — had been left open on the database in plain text.”

“What that means — if you remember the enigma machine in World War II when the great find was that they were able to decrypt that cipher code and then read the German’s messages — well, this is even easier,” Olsen claimed,” because now any malicious actor, any insider, anyone who knows [how to] get into the machine, which is very easy to do because it’s just Windows Login — you can bypass that in three minutes — can control and entire election, can cover their tracks so it’s nearly undetectable, can intercept any election results that are transmitted because they have the private key that allows them to decrypt that information, change the results. re-encrypt that information because this thing is essentially a God key.”

Major Issues To Consider

“This is the most basic security violation that one can have,” Olsen said. “It allows a malicious actor to control an entire election,” Olsen said, seeming to stun host Steve Bannon to silence (until he turned his microphone back on).

The seriousness of these claims should be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court. If Olsen is correct, then literally anyone could have leveraged U.S. elections today and could continue to do so. (LEARN MORE: GOP Targets Chinese Military Aggression With New Bill)

Critical Questions Need To Be Asked

There are myriad issues that could easily stem from any potential breach of ES&S’ responsibility to free and fair elections. But it is the responsibility of your leaders to ensure your right to democracy and guarantee your vote goes where you intend it.

You can lobby your local, state, and federally elected officials to pursue the freedom of our elections today. “Any voting system connected to the internet via a modem or network device should not be used to administer elections. We know that they are. ES&S openly admitted that their systems were,” Gleason added. This is a major concern and questions need to be asked to determine just how far these issues really go. (LEARN MORE: The AP Finds 63% Doubt Biden’s Mental Capacity)

Did you know that you, your family, and friends can send letters directly to your elected officials today? We can tell your leaders what you want from their time in office, and what you expect from our federal government. Letter-writing campaigns, or even just a single letter, can be enough to sway policy and prompt investigations.
