Kamala Harris Misleads Voters On Trump

Vice President Kamala Harris made a series of misleading claims during her speech at the Democratic National Convention in August, many of which were centered on former President Donald Trump.

Harris said that Trump and his allies want to limit the availability of birth control and ban medication abortion, as well as enacting a nationwide ban on abortion without the support of Congress. Trump does not believe the federal government should be involved in the abortion process, which many groups are disappointed in, but don’t seem to realize the benefit of his stance. Trump making abortion a state issue allows states to make the right decisions to protect women and the lives of the unborn and keep the federal government away from our families.

Project 2025 & Jan. 6

Harris also claimed that Trump is a supporter of Project2025, despite him never having heard of it or having anything to do with it until it went viral on social media. But what is Project2025? The website says its “a historic movement, brought together by over 100 respected organizations from across the conservative movement, to abolish the Deep State and return government to the people.”

“It was stood up in 2022, before any major candidate announced a campaign, to assist the next conservative president. Project 2025 is not partisan, nor is it secret. Project 2025 does not speak for any candidate or campaign, in any capacity.” Trump has also come out against many of the things written by Project2025’s creators at The Heritage Foundation. Harris also claimed that Trump “tried to throw away your votes” during the 2020 presidential election. “When he failed, he sent an armed mob to the U.S. Capitol, where they assaulted law enforcement officers,” Harris claimed, despite this also being categorically untrue.
