Author and award-winning filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza released the trailer for his newest project, “Police State” in October, and it shows a horrifying future for America.

“Police State” is a movie that I never wanted to make, because I never wanted America to get to a point where a movie like this needed to be made. I feel like the animal that alerts the herd to approaching danger, so we can take precautionary steps before it’s too late,'” D’Souza wrote on the official movie website.

The film was made with the help of conservative pundit Dan Bongino. It features interviews with a  slew of experts and politicians, including Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan. And it tackles an important topic: police and Department of Justice overreach.
