Trump Hints At 15-Week National Abortion Ban

Former President Donald Trump said in March that he was leaning towards supporting a 15-week abortion ban except for in cases of rape, incest, and saving the life of the mother, according to Newsmax.

Newsmax said that Trump’s stance would likely “displease” both sides of the abortion debate, as pro-life groups will find the time span between conception and abortion too far. Pro-abortion groups have rallied and campaigned for the end of any type of abortion prohibition.

“The number of weeks now, people are agreeing on 15. And I’m thinking in terms of that. And it’ll come out to something that’s very reasonable.
