An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation turned deadly, leaving one woman dead and a community in shock. But the reaction from state leadership has turned a local tragedy into a national crisis.

Minnesota is facing a moment that could have massive implications in our nation. A recent tragic event in Minneapolis has sparked a massive conflict between state and federal power. Governor Tim Walz has taken steps that should worry every citizen who cares about the rule of law.

The situation began when ICE agents were conducting an operation in Minneapolis. Reports state that a vehicle confrontation led to shots being fired by a federal agent. The loss of life is always a tragedy that deserves prayer and a fair investigation.
