Season four of “The Chosen” is coming our way in February, and it looks like an absolutely epic journey. The cast and creators have shared many videos online in the lead-up to its release. But what else should you know about the biggest show on television?
Apparently, there are two things “The Chosen” can promise us about season four: it won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.
The last time we left “The Chosen,” we were left on a cliffhanger, wondering when Judas’ betrayal would come, and where it would take Jesus’ ministry. Though we know how this plays out in the Bible, seeing it portrayed within this show is probably one of the most anticipated moments in television in modern history.
What Can We Expect From S4?
Season Four will deep-dive into all of our favorite elements from previous seasons, like the lives of Jesus’ 12 disciples. We’ll also be further immersed in the tensions between religious leaders, Roman forces, and the miracles performed by our Lord and Savior during his time on Earth. Many are anticipating the storyline of Gaius (played by Kirk B.R. Woller). We know that Jesus healed the son of one of Rome’s most formidable forces, and Gaius has a child in need. The tension between Gaius, Christ, the Roman forces, and the Pharisees seems to be reaching a fever pitch. And it’s echoing all the way to Rome.
