Former White House physician and current Texas Republican Rep. Ronny Jackson told Newsmax’s Carl Higbie that President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline is “profound.”

“Go back and look at video from him when he was vice president … and compare it to video from now; it’s not the same man,” said Jackson, who served as the White House physician under the Obama administration. “I mean, the degeneration is profound, and the fact that they think that he can finish this term and then do another four years after this, that’s absolutely insane.”

Jackson’s comments come just days after a report from special counsel Robert Hur, who wrote that Biden was an “elderly man with a poor memory.” (LEARN MORE: Biden Ignores Christian Massacres For 3rd Year In A Row)

Biden’s Response

Biden pushed back against Hur’s comments, saying “I’m well-meaning, and I’m an elderly man, and I know what the hell I’m doing. I’ve been president; I put this country back on its feet. I don’t need his recommendation.” Biden then mixed up the leaders of Mexico and Egypt, according to Fox News.
