Six pro-life Americans were found guilty of “conspiracy against rights” and violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Tuesday, after protesting outside of an abortion clinic in 2021.
Eleven individuals were charged with “blocking” the Carafem Health Center and Clinic in Mount Juliet in 2022, after holding a peaceful protest on March 5, 2021, according to Breitbart. The individuals reportedly gathered on the second floor of the building where the clinic is located, and sang hymns, prayed, and urged women not to go through with their abortions.
Six of those involved were found guilty of a misdemeanor FACE Act charge but were also hit with a felony count of conspiracy against rights. The latter charge carries the potential of an 11-year prison sentence and fines of up to $250,000. (LEARN MORE: Biden Ignores Christian Massacres For 3rd Year In A Row)

Sentencing & Statements
The group will not receive their sentence until July. “We are, of course, disappointed with the outcome,” one of the individual’s attorneys said following the verdict. “This was a peaceful demonstration by entirely peaceable citizens—filled with prayer, hymn-singing, and worship—oriented toward persuading expecting mothers not to abort their babies. Unfortunately, the Biden Department of Justice decided to characterize Paul Vaughn’s peaceful actions as a felony ‘conspiracy against rights,’ to intimidate and punish Paul and other pro-life people and people of faith.” (LEARN MORE: Church Sues City, Officials, For Trying To Shut Down Activities)
