A video shared on X Thursday (Dec. 5) showed a snippet of the upcoming film “Art of the Surge” from Tucker Carlson. We really think you need to hear this …

“I relapsed with cocaine in 2012, I believe. I had already been working for [the Trump family] for about four or five years. You know, very high pressure job for the largest real estate company in the world at the time,” Lynn Patton says to the camera. “When I relapsed, Eric Trump called me into his office, confronted me about my drug use. As I’m basically lying to his face, I’m fidgeting and I look up and he’s got tears in his eyes and that’s when I just lost it.” (RELATED: US In ‘Hot War’ With Russia That Could Go Nuclear: TUCKER)

What Happened Next?

“I started crying like a baby. I was like, ‘you’re right,'” Patton said, delving deep into what must be such a life-changing memory. “And [Eric] is like, ‘Lynn, you’re better than this. We want you to get the help that you need.’ Lara Trump was on the phone, the speaker phone. [Eric’s] brother and sister later supported me in my endeavor and I got some outpatient assistance and then when their father still wanted me to work in Washington, I was just floored.”

Are you crying yet? We are!

“They gave me another chance and I don’t think people get to see that side of this family enough,” Patton added. “They were born and bred in this lifestyle. And they live, breath, and eat it. They’re willing to walk away from all of that for this great country.” Watch the full video on X by clicking here.

We Can All Do Better

They often say that all it takes for evil men to succeed is for good men to do nothing. As we look at our fellow citizens, patriots, friends, neighbors and those with whom we share our streets, can we honestly say we’re doing enough good?

There are myriad reasons why our major cities are swamped with America’s forgotten children: the homeless, the addicted, the mentally ill. Most of the reasons are related to poor leadership and policy. But we know we can do more. Here at Million Voices, we believe in Helping Those In Need. Though the solutions might not fit what everyone wants (like prison deferment programs, mandatory mental health care, etc.) we need actional solutions to protect those of us who cannot protect themselves right now.

We just had an election where a lot of people lost their jobs, and a lot of new people are coming in to work for you, the American people. These elected officials don’t get to start their job until January 20th, 2025, so what do we do with this time until then?

Yes, Million Voices helps you with voter guides. Yes, we send letters from YOU directly to your elected officials because it’s the only way to guarantee they’ll listen to you. Yes, we publish data, articles, text messages, and help bridge the gap between education and civic action. All of these actions and more allow you to be the hero of our American story. And you are united in your heroism like never before!

Our goal is to move through this political transition from the Biden administration to the incoming Trump administration by educating you on the key issues you can take action on outside of election season. Once you know what’s going on across the local, state, and national landscape, we’ll tell your leaders what you want to happen. This is how we get your elected officials to keep working for you once they’ve earned your vote.

Join us in our mission to advocate for religious freedom, support fair and secure elections, and uphold the values that this great nation was built upon. Tell us what you want from the next four years, and we will fight to make it a reality … again!
