Journalist Tucker Carlson claimed in July that Fox News, his former employer, is “anti-Christian,” and that his wife was thrilled and thanked God when he was fired.
The revelation came during an hour-long interview with Alex Clark on her podcast “Culture Apothecary,” where the two briefly discussed his and his family’s faith. Part of that conversation included how Carlson’s wife, Susie Carlson, started to feel like Fox News held general antipathy toward Christianity. “Thank God,” she apparently said when she learned her husband was fired from his top-ranking television show for no apparent reason. “She thought they were really anti-Christian,” he added.
Carlson Agreed With His Wife
When asked if he held the same perspective, Carlson said, “of course,” noting that any type of overt Christian rhetoric “just makes them uncomfortable.”
“They’re not comfortable with that at all,” he continued.
Carlson told The Christian Post in 2024 that he was “physically mauled” by a demon while he worked at Fox News. “Ephesians 6 is real,” he stated, but noted that God always “wins in the end” when it comes to the warfare “against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.”
The attack apparently happened just two months before he was fired by the network and left him bloodied.

Glenn Beck Joins Carlson’s Analysis
His sentiment echoes that of Glenn Beck, who told Carlson that when Beck had his own show at Fox, he was asked to stop talking about God so much while he was on air, according to The Christian Post. His bosses allegedly went so far as to keep track of how often Beck mentioned God.
During his time at Fox, Beck eventually came to a place where he believed the outlet was a place of spiritual evil and willingly stepped away when the opportunity presented itself. (RELATED: Terrorists Become ‘Militarized’ On US Soil, Says Glenn Beck, As Threat Of Homeland Attacks Grow Larger)
“Fox pretends to care about Christians, but some of the stuff they push internally suggests otherwise,” one of Beck’s sources told TheBlaze.
Christians No Longer Have To Be Silent
A recent ruling by the IRS now allows Churches to endorse political candidates to their congregation. Bringing a Biblical Worldview back to the American cultural norm is definitely a large part of our purpose during our time on Earth.
Your Sunday service doesn’t have to be political, but your day-to-day life outside of His four walls will always be dictated — in large part — by your elected officials. Ignorance of politics is like handing over control of your life to the greediest, most power-hungry serpent in the room. When we Use Our Voice, we bring a more Biblical worldview to our nation.
If every Christian used their voice, America would be the safest, cleanest, most protected country in the world — there is no doubt about it, so what are you waiting for?
Contacting your representatives should be easy, but there are myriad ways they can ignore your messages. That’s where we come in.
Yes, Million Voices helps you with voter guides. Yes, we send letters from YOU directly to your elected officials because it’s the only way to guarantee they’ll listen to you. Yes, we publish data, articles, text messages, and help bridge the gap between education and civic action. But what do you want? Tell us today.
We want to make YOU the hero of our American story by giving you the tools you need to make a difference, from your local, state, all the way up to the federal level.
Join us in our mission to advocate for religious freedom, support fair and secure elections, and uphold the values that this great nation was built upon. Tell us what you want from the next four years, and we will fight to make it a reality … again!
