Did Intelligence Agencies Ignore Terror Threats Under Biden?

Analysis published in early Jan. by Daily Caller Patriots writer Mary Rooke detailed how the recent terror attack in New Orleans “confirms conservatives’ worst fears of the Biden security state.”

Rooke’s analysis focuses on the shift by federal agencies, like CIA, FBI, and NSA, away from terrorism toward “woke” policies like diversity, equity, and inclusion, and “an inward focus on parents at school board meetings, Catholics praying the rosary outside abortion clinics” and other groups labelled as so-called “domestic terrorists.” Examples include that of American citizen and pro-life Catholic father Mark Houck, who was raided in 2022 by a dozen FBI agents using the FACE Act — which forbids people from doing anything to interfere with those “obtaining or providing reproductive health services.”

The focus appeared to turn away from countering real threats, like al Qaeda, ISIS, and other terrorist organizations who regularly express intent to destroy America, and towards a persecution of “political enemies” of the FBI, one whistleblower testified in so many words. The Result Is Horror

On Jan 1, 2025, a terrorist drove a truck into a New Year’s Eve crowd in New Orleans, killing 15 people and injuring an additional 35 (at the time of writing). “If the FBI were honest about their “transformation” into searching for domestic extremists, someone like the suspect, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, should have been at the top of their list,” Rooke wrote in her analysis.

Her words echo that of former intelligence analyst for CIA. Sarah Adams, who forecast something like the NOLA attack three weeks before it happened on the Shawn Ryan Show. Adams expressed deep concern over CIA and other intelligence agencies ignorance of the al Qaeda threat. She alleged the terrorist organization has somehow united many Islamic terror groups under one unit, with the core purpose of removing the West. She further stated that upwards of 1,000 terrorists from al Qaeda and other groups, such as ISIS, are already here in the U.S. and plan to carry out a “coordinated attack” against the American public. She did not explicitly define how that attack or series of attacks could occur, but claimed that the key figure organizing this alleged plan was Hamza Bin Laden, son of Osama Bin Laden. At this time, it is unclear whether Hamza Bin Laden is alive or not. In 2019, it was claimed he was killed in a U.S. counterterrorism operation.

Flashback To Biden Downplaying ISIS Threat

An article published by Fox News a day after the NOLA attack flashed back to 2021, when President Joe Biden said that “according to the intelligence community, terrorism from White supremacy is the most lethal threat to the homeland today. Not ISIS, not al Qaeda — White supremacists.” Just weeks prior at the State of the Union, Biden told us that he and his agencies “won’t ignore what our intelligence agencies have determined to be the most lethal terrorist threat to the homeland today: White supremacy is terrorism.” His sentiment was echoed by Attorney General Merrick Garland.

“In the FBI’s view, the top domestic violent extremist threat comes from ‘racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists, specifically those who advocated for the superiority of the White race,” Garland said in the same year. (LEARN MORE: 100,000+ Rally For Israel In National Mall)

The exact number of terrorists who’ve entered our country both illegally over our southern border — and legally, according to Adams — is unknowable. Reports published in May 2024 revealed that left-wingers donated more than $3.3 million to supporters of the Hamas terrorist organization since 2016.

An unnamed 27-year-old man on a federal terrorism watchlist was allegedly accidentally released into the U.S. after being detained for an illegal crossing into California. The man, who was not arrested for almost a year, was found in Minnesota. Another man was stopped at the border near El Paso, Texas, and admitted to planning a terror attack in New York City for the Hezbollah terror syndicate.
